Chef Pete Nolasco

Chef Pete Nolasco has been a trailblazer in the culinary world for over 30 years. A proud graduate of El Centro Culinary College in Dallas, Texas, he is especially known for his stunning signature ice sculptures. Among his numerous accolades, Chef Pete participated in the 2016 Culinary Olympics in Germany. He is a respected culinary competition judge and a mentor to many aspiring chefs.

Throughout his career, Chef Pete has opened fine dining restaurants across the United States and previously owned a successful catering company before the pandemic. Recently, he served as a private chef for an oil and gas company, delighting over 250 employees daily with his exquisite culinary creations. In addition, he owns Podcast Pop-ups Productions, a platform where he interviews and films podcasts with other chefs and restaurateurs, sharing their industry insights and experiences.
